Shipping

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and accurate for a timely delivery. We will not be liable for any incorrect information provided by customers. There may be delays in delivery if any information needed is inaccurate. 

Local Orders

Free Shipping will be available for orders above $100. A flat shipping fee of $4 will be applicable to orders below $100.

All orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days after order confirmation. Your order will take 2-3 working days by our partnered courier.

All parcels dispatched are trackable.

International Orders

Paper Palette is happy to ship internationally. All international parcels will be sent out via DHL (Express). Shipping Fee for International orders varies depending on the country and on the weight of your item.
