Paper Palette Studio (hereinafter known as “paper palette”, “our”, “we”, “us”) is a registered company incorporated in Singapore.
Our website www.paperpalette.co (hereinafter known as the “site”), our products and services will follow in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter known as T&Cs) outlined on this page.
Our site is provided to you, any other individual or entity. By accessing the site and using our products and services, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the T&Cs stated on the site. We reserve the rights to update and modify our T&Cs with or without notice. Please check the T&Cs page regularly for any updates in changes to our T&Cs.
- All emails and enquiries will be replied within 2-3 working days.
- We are a small local creative based business thus, we would greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while we try our best to attend to all your requests.
Terms of Sales
By submitting an order on the site, you are offering to purchase a product.
Please ensure that the information provided to us is true and accurate. You are responsible to ensure that all orders placed are accurate. We will not be held liable for any inaccuracy in your order placement. We are unable to amend or change any order(s) placed once the order has been confirmed. Your order will only be confirmed and fulfilled after payment for the item(s) has been made.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order(s) without any prior notice.
All material and content which includes photographs, graphics, videos, product, designs and any other valuable information displayed on the site belongs solely to us, Paper Palette. They are restricted to personal and non-commercial uses only which must always be credited back to us, www.paperpalette.co. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, publish or display for any commercial or business uses from our site unless permitted and with our knowledge.
We are committed to upholding our intellectual property. Our products and all other material, including design artwork will abide with the Copyright Law in Singapore. We will not hesitate to take further action and reserve the right to reject and refuse service if found that any individual or entity is deemed to have violated our terms.
At Paper Palette, we standby the ethos of creating and innovating original prints.
- We do not outsource our prints.
- All our prints are designed by our in-house designer.
- We are committed to keeping our prints original.
- Our in-house prints will follow in accordance with the Copyright Law in Singapore.
Please take note of the following
- We do not sell or release any of our prints to any third party unless otherwise stated.
- We strictly condemn any form of imitation and copying of our prints.
- We will not hesitate to take further action if found that our textiles have been imitated or copied by a third party.
You are required to register an account with our site to make a purchase.
Paper Palette is committed to keeping your personal data and information safe. All personal data provided to us will only be used to better your shopping experience with us or to facilitate our operational duties. Personal information that we might receive from you includes your name, email address, contact number and residential address. We do not sell any of these personal information.
Payment & Taxes
All prices listed on the site are in Singapore Dollar Currency.
We accept payment via VISA, Mastercard, American Express and all major credit/debit cards.
For international customers, your bank will convert the amount payable into your local currency.
For orders shipped to any country outside of Singapore, all taxes, customs and import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid by you in order for your parcel to clear customs. We will not be responsible for any taxes imposed by the customs.
Products and Service
Time to time, there may be inaccuracies on our site. These inaccuracies may include typographical errors on product description, promotions, pricing, offers, shipping charges and product availability. We reserve the right to update and rectify these inaccuracies without any prior notice.
Every product and its information displayed on our site are accurate to our best ability. Do take in account for any possible measurement discrepancy of 0.5" - 0.75" for products.
Products may also differ slightly due to lighting conditions and different screen resolutions.
Placements of textiles may differ and each piece is unique to its own. It will not be deemed as a defective product.
Due to the nature of digital printing, slight imperfections such as marks, spots may be present and will not be considered as a defect.
When you place an pre-order with us, you are securing a piece for the item while it is being manufactured at our factory.
When you place an pre-order item with us, you agree to the estimated waiting time and conditions. We strive to have the pre-orders shipment arrive within 4-8 weeks’ from the date the pre-orders close. Once your item has arrived, we strive to dispatch the items within 2-3 working days.
Do note that in cases where pre orders are delay due to unforeseen circumstances, cancellation of orders will not be allowed.
For updates on pre-orders, please refer to the respective product pages for updates and other information.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and accurate for a timely delivery. We will not be liable for any incorrect information provided by customers. There may be delays in delivery if any information needed is inaccurate.
Free Shipping will be available for orders above $100. A flat shipping fee of $4 will be applicable to orders below $100.
All orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days after order confirmation. Your order will take 2-3 working days by our partnered courier.
All parcels dispatched are trackable.
Paper Palette is happy to ship internationally. All Shipping Charges quoted are in Singapore Dollar.
All international parcels will be sent out via Singpost. Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes imposed by the customs. All taxes and duties charged by the customs agency have to be borne by customers.
Shipping Fee for International orders will vary depending on the country and on the weight of your item. The exact cost of the delivery will be stated at the checkout page.
Please email us at email@example.com if you are unable to generate a shipping cost at check out.
In an unlikely event of any bounced/return package, our team will be in touch with you through email. Any follow-up delivery charges will be borne by customers.
Please note all products are not valid for any returns or exchanges with an exception of our apparels.
We offer a 7-day return policy for only our apparels from the date of purchase as long as they meet the following requirements :
- Item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered.
- All tags and labels are all intact.
- Return shipping fee will be borne by customers.
Please Note :
- Apparels purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Apparels that are purchased from a third party will also not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.
- Apparels purchased are beyond the 7-day return period.
Please note returns can only be done once. Returns that are purposely damaged, soiled or tampered with or do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted.
Once received and processed, Store credits will be credited into your account on our site.

Store Credits will be issued in the form of a Gift Card. A Gift Card of the returned item value will be sent to your email. The code sent to you will allow you to offset your next purchase.
- Store Credits issued by us will be valid for 1 year, starting from the date of issue.
- Items purchased using store credit will not be valid for any exchanges or returns.
- Store Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Any purchases that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional top up for the remaining value.
In the unlikely event that you received a defective or an incorrect product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you from there.
Return shipping fee will be reimbursed to you via a free shipping credit for your next purchase.
Upon receiving your return parcel, we will process a 1-to-1 exchange and a new piece will be shipped out to you. All exchanges are subjected to the availability of the product. If we are unable to fulfil an exchange, store credit will be credited instead.
All defective product(s) are to be returned in its original condition with its original tag intact, unwashed, unworn and unaltered.
