Where are your products from?
All our products listed are designed in-house by our creative designer and manufactured in small batches by our manufacturing partners.
Some products are also handmade in-house, which will all be stated in the product description.
Selected products may also be part of a creative collaboration with brands that we love.
How often do you launch?
With new releases, we like to keep things flexible and fluid.

Ordering
Can my orders be changed?
To facilitate an efficient shopping experience, we do not allow any changes made to orders after they have been packed and dispatched. Please do kindly ensure your order are correct before making payment.
Why won't the discount code work?
Do refer to the terms for the discount code. If you think there's a mistake on our end, do reach out to us at hello@paperpalette.co
Delivery
What is the delivery charges like?
We offer free shipping for Singapore orders above SGD100. A flat shipping fee of SGD$4 will be applicable to orders below $100.
When is the delivery man coming?
Once you received a confirmation email, our team will pack and ship out your order within 2-4 working days.
For local orders, It will take between 1-3 days(excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) via standard shipping for you to receive your order.
For overseas orders, delivery time will vary from 1 week to 3 weeks, depending on your location.
How can I receive my parcel as soon as I can? I need them urgently!

Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy like?
Sale of non-clothing items are final and will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.Â
We accept returns for apparels as long as they meet our requirements. You may refer more to our Return Policy here.Â
I received a defective/wrong product, what should I do?
We are sorry if you have received a defective/wrong product. Please get in touch with us at hello@paperpalette.co and we will assist you.
Laundry Care
Avoid rough surfaces to minimise scratches or furring.
Do not bleach or tumble dry to prevent chemical or heat damage.
We encourage washing our apparels via a cold hand wash. Otherwise, keep by safe by washing them in a laundry bag.
