We aim to dispatch your orders within 2-4 working days upon order confirmation for in stocks or stocks arrival for pre-orders.

For local orders, It will take between 1-3 days(excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) for our courier to deliver your orders.

For overseas orders, delivery time will vary from 1 week to 3 weeks, depending on your location.

We accept returns for apparels as long as they meet our requirements. You may refer more to our Return Policy.

Sale of non-clothing items are final and will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges. 

We are sorry if you have received a defective/wrong product. Please fill up the return form and have the defect item returned. Shipping credit will be reimbursed in the case of defects. We will process a 1-to-1 exchange or store credits of the same value will be issued, subjected to item's availability.

Do not bleach or tumble dry to prevent chemical or heat damage.

Always separate your washloads into whites, colours, and darks to avoid colour transfers.

Do take note that fabrics such as cotton, hemp, linen, rayon are likely to shrink on the first wash.

A gentle hand wash for the first wash to get rid of any additional residue dye is encouraged.

To minimise shrinking, always opt for a cold gentle wash. This helps to prevent any colour runs and maintains its quality.

Avoid rough surfaces to minimise scratches or furring.

Cold hand wash is advisable, Cold Machine wash them inside out in a laundry bag if you must to maintain quality.

Avoid washing with rough or heavy-duty garments to avoid scratches or damage.

Iron/steam on low heat, especially pleated garments

Embroidery pieces are delicate, thus we recommend avoiding sharp or rough surfaces.

Cold hand wash is advisable to reduce any possible shrinkage.

Cold Machine wash them inside out in a laundry bag if you must.

Always iron on low heat to avoid damage to embroidery threads.

For specific care, please refer to the laundry tag attached to each garment.

Knitted pieces are best kept flat or folded to prevent possible stretching due to gravity.

Do also keep in mind not to hang them on your drying racks for too long.

Cold hand wash is advisable is avoid stretching or furring of the garments. Avoid rough surfaces to reduce chances of furring.
