Refund policy

 

Please note we only accept returns on our apparels.

We offer a 10 day return policy for only our apparels from the date of purchase as long as they meet the following requirements :

• Item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered. 
• All tags and labels are all intact

Please Note :

• Apparels purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 
• Apparels that are purchased from a third party will also not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.
• Apparels purchased from our stockist is subject to their return policy.
• Apparels purchased are beyond the 7-day return period. 
• Return shipping fee will be borne by customers.

Please note returns can only be done once. Returns that are purposely damaged, soiled or tampered with, or do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted.

Once received and processed, Store credits will be credited to your account on our site. We do not offer a cash refund policy.
